Glitches on the station

As you will have noticed last we had some glitches with our programmes last week (week beginning 24th January 2011. We recently introduced some completely new station automation software about two weeks ago and it had up till now been running relatively smoothly but we had some severe finger problems early last week which resulted in the programming for Thuesday being thrown into complete disarray.

As a result of the 'finger problems' the days programme was overwritten by some completely random programmes. As if that wasn't enough we had a programme file that was corrupted so that it played for 1 minute rather than one hour - so this in turn threw the schedule out..  Apologies for the disruption to your listening enjoyment and we hope that you will keep listening to  Vintage Radio. We will be repeating the disrupted days programme very soon. Mike Pill, Technical Coordinator. 31/1/11
