Login problem? - VR members only
VR members only. If you are having a login problem, e.g. to update your personal web page or calendar etc. then you must open your browser settings window and clear your cache and cookie cache. Once this is done, close your browser and restart it, then open the members login section and try again. This has been tested with Firefox, MS Edge and Chrome.
The web site was updated as part of the regular site maintenance on 24th and this problem has been encountered in the past. It seems to be due to stored session credentials (stored in a in a cookie in your browser) not being compatible with the new version of the web site after doing an upgrade.
This web site seems safe and whilst not completely up to date has sufficient clues to point you in the right direction f you are not too sure what to do. http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
